Residence Inn Cherating

This hotel is ideally located within walking distance to the beach and local dining stalls, offering a range of dining options. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with some featuring a rainfall shower. the swimming pool is large and well-maintained, perfect for swimming or lounging by the beach.

Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness and housekeeping.

Clean and good design of the rooms.- Nice and clean pool area. The staff at reception was very helpful, including arranging a trip to see turtles lay eggs, arranging taxis etc.

The promotion of the week was Chicken Lasagne, placed on all tables and at posters - however we asked about it twice and it was not available. There were ants in the bathroom and as a curiosity a reptile (one yard long) at the trash area just outside the hotel and a minor at the pool area.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room, prompt housekeeping, comfortable bed.

Can't fault the hotel.

Hotel looks tired with improvements and renovation work on-going during our stay. Staff did not clean mess at poolside and ran out of towels - both are unacceptable.

food (breakfast) not so nice. we do not have balcony for the chalet .a bit pricy given the food and the facilities provided. Did not enforce proper attire for swimming

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was well worth the money. The location is great, with the beautiful Cherating beach just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with two queen beds and even a Jacuzzi in some of them. I appreciated the attention to detail, like having a balcony where I could enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

A good place to relax even with family/children.

Good room set up. Clean bath room & sanitory. Build is round with swiming in the center is good for parent to watch our thier kids playing in the water. Suggesting to have life guard aorund will be must safer for the guest with children.

Your cafe is not good and should improved.

You bed is no good and there is no control on florring - slippering

We stayed st chalet for 4D3N but somehow a lot of ants in make-up table and too many mosquito. Ressidence Inn Cherating signboar too small and night time without light shine on it . For those who's travel at night time may difficulty to look up for the location .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The hotel facilities were great, especially the three pools which never felt crowded despite it being a full house. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure that my needs were met. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The staff at this hotel are very polite and provide excellent service. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with the added benefit of a balcony.

My stay at this hotel was satisfactory and I didn't encounter any major issues.

The chalet area looks very cozy, most suitable for those who plans to have family gatherings, or office trips. My children especially love the pool area, it is very spacious. And I love the fact that we can free WiFi in the hotel's premises. I could upload lovely pictures from our stay right away. :)

The clean-up service at the cafe could have been faster, especially during breakfast, when they are many people waiting for tables. The kids pool has a hole, which can fit an adult's foot. We gently asked one of the maintanence guy to fix it, but his answer was dissappointing. He made excuses that the hotel have "closed-up" the hole many times, but it was taken out by kids. I don't think he should blame it on guests, the hotel should make sure they use better tools for the hole.
